Confidentiality

All services provided by Pronexus Analytical are carried-out under non-disclosure agreements. Security of information covering all aspects of the contract research project is a fundamental principle in all customer matters. Any information disclosed by the sponsor for purpose of performing the study is classified as "Confidential Information". Pronexus acknowledges that the Confidential Information, and all intellectual property rights related thereto shall be and, at the sole discretion of the sponsor, remain the exclusive property of the sponsor. Pronexus also acknowledges that it shall have no right, title or interest in client’s intellectual property rights or the Confidential Information other than the right to use for the purpose of and to the extent necessary for performing its obligation pursuant to the contract agreement. It is understood by Pronexus that the sponsor may, in its sole discretion, use the Confidential Information and the results in connection with marketing of its pharmaceutical products, technologies and also otherwise, without any obligation whatsoever to Pronexus.

Pronexus will not disclose or refer to the sponsor´s name, research interests and related matters for purposes of Pronexus own marketing or any other professional or public presentations without the sponsor’s prior written authorization.
